When we experience something "new" that we do not expect to come out after Holistic's treatments, our brain starts questioning the worst. Have we made the right choice or a mistake? Although we acknowledge all kind of therapies available out there can result in to producing some of so said "side effects", we think Integrated Medicine Therapies are not supposed to.
Well, stay calm, this is a myth!
Whenever our body is "manipulated" by external factors that induce solicitation/stimulation towards restoring system's function, no matter how little our issue is, a reaction is expected.
Why?
Our body, even when ill, finds the way to its "comfort zone". If it was to talk, in fact, it would say: "Hey! Why are you bothering me? Please leave me alone!?
So ...be assured! Any treatment could come with some temporary unpleasant effects. They generally subside within 24 hours. And if they last longer, is a sign that your body needs a longer pause.
Meanwhile, minimize them by following the tips you will find at the bottom of this page.
Don't get upset should you experience:
Temporary worsening symptoms
Fatigue
Chills (flu-like symptoms)
Intense emotions
Some headache
Irritability or restlessness
Clamminess of hands and feet
Runny, itchy nose
Skin reaction (redness, itch)
Nausea
Dizziness
Diarrhea
Hot flashes
Sleepiness
Stay calm, relax, hydrate frequently to wash out toxins/debris, give your body time to detox, don't force it, rest and eat light.
It will recover to the fullest to bring you to feelings of well-being you probably haven't been familiar with in a very long time.
