I am an OCR Certified Reflexologist and Certified Massage Therapy Practitioner, specializing in Foot Reflexology, Acupressure Zone Therapy, and Therapeutic-Holistic Massage. My journey into Integrated Medicine and Psychology began early in life and has since evolved into a deep commitment to holistic wellness. I believe in the profound connection between body and mind—two forces in constant dialogue, guiding us toward balance, the true essence of well-being. Inspired by the Latin phrase “Mens sana in corpore sano” — “A healthy mind in a healthy body”, my approach blends ancient wisdom with modern therapeutic techniques. Reflexology and acupressure stimulate the body’s innate healing power, while massage therapy enhances this process by relieving tension and restoring vitality.
